For deliveries within the UK Mainland, Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, I personally handle the deliveries and use a variety of tracked services to ensure your order reaches you safely.

For Express UK deliveries, I will either use a Tracked 24 service or DPD Express, depending on what best suits your location for the fastest possible delivery.

Please note that deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take longer due to geographical challenges and additional logistical factors. These areas are often farther from distribution centers, which can extend delivery times. Weather conditions, remote locations, and limited transportation options may also contribute to delays.

Our returns policy is straightforward. With our "no quibbles" guarantee, if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason—whether the item is faulty, defective, or you’ve changed your mind—you can return it directly to us.
